About the role of Site Manager

You will be working with a growing regional developer, working alongside their current team on 50 traditional build, open market units, based in Preston. They work in partnership with housing associations, meaning a lot of their work is repeat business.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

  • Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
  • Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
  • Coordination and progress meetings.

Requirements for Site Manager

  • A proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager within the house building sector.
  • Ideally timber frame experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
