A client of mine, an industry leader in their field are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of HR, in this role you will work closely with the leadership team and employees to drive strategic initiatives that align with the wider business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to a number of key stakeholders and be keen to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Below is an overview of the role in more detail:

  • Partnering with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues
  • Leading the talent management and succession planning process, ensuring a pipeline of skilled and engaged employees
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Supporting training and development to ensure employees have the necessary skills
  • Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Reporting on HR MI using a global HR system
  • Fostering a culture focussed on equality, diversity, inclusion and sustainability

The successful candidate for this role will be experienced at the Business Partner level, having worked within a manufacturing setting with a proven track record in supporting key stakeholders within the manufacturing and also the commercial sales function.
