Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding payroll service.

The Duties:

As Payroll Administrator, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Processing monthly payrolls accurately and on time
  • Providing cover for payroll during holidays and sickness
  • Coordinating with the payroll processing team for seamless payroll output
  • Ensuring all data is received in the correct format and meets payroll deadlines
  • Maintaining financial controls and documenting payroll procedures
  • Addressing payroll queries with a polite and professional manner
  • Working with ADP and Finance to arrange advance payments or deductions
  • Ensuring payroll deductions are accurately recorded and processed promptly
  • Maintaining detailed reconciliations of payroll accounts
  • Liaising with Group on pension scheme updates
  • Producing statutory payroll information as required
  • Publishing monthly payroll reports
  • Staying up to date with payroll legislation and advising the company on any changes

The Requirements:

You’ll need a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a payroll team, along with enthusiasm, motivation, and a readiness to learn. You’ll work closely with an experienced team who are committed to your growth.
