We have a vacancy for a Water Hygiene / Legionella Account Manager, within an industry-leading outfit, who hold a nationwide presence. Candidates will ideally need to be based in the North West of England and will need a strong level of experience working within the industry. The role will require candidates to be proactive in following up on new business leads as well as managing existing Client accounts. Our Client can offer excellent salaries and benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold experience working as an Account Manager for a reputable Water Hygiene / Treatment / Legionella outfit
- Will need a strong level of technical knowledge and will work in accordance with ACOP L8, HSG 274 & HTM 0401
- Proven track-record of successfully managing and growing key Client accounts
- Will require previous hands-on experience of undertaking Water Hygiene / Legionella duties
- It is essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of Water Hygiene & Legionella client accounts, maintaining relationships, upselling services and upgrading contracts
- Playing an integral part of identifying and investigating new business leads and continuing the onboarding process in order to grow the client portfolio
- Being the first point of contact for Clients, answering technical queries and providing ongoing support
- Ensuring a high level of service to client accounts and monitoring progression of projects
- Liaising with site staff and internal members of the operations team
