Operations/Facilities Coordinator
Location: Princes Risborough
Salary: £30-£35k DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
We are seeking an experienced Operations/Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our operational activities and requires someone with a background in the hire or building/maintenance industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all operational needs of the business, including stock take and labour planning.
- Ensure compliance with F.O.R.S and industry certifications.
- Oversee health and safety protocols across the business.
- Handle transport documentation and accreditation.
- Provide proactive support to the team, offering solutions to operational challenges.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Proven experience in the hire or building/maintenance industries.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards, F.O.R.S, and health & safety regulations.
- Experience in managing documentation, accreditation, and certifications.
- Ability to plan and coordinate labour effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
- A forward thinker who is able to anticipate operational needs.
- Team player with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
