Operations/Facilities Coordinator
Location: Princes Risborough
Salary: £30-£35k DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm

We are seeking an experienced Operations/Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team in Princes Risborough. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our operational activities and requires someone with a background in the hire or building/maintenance industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational needs of the business, including stock take and labour planning.
  • Ensure compliance with F.O.R.S and industry certifications.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols across the business.
  • Handle transport documentation and accreditation.
  • Provide proactive support to the team, offering solutions to operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in the hire or building/maintenance industries.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, F.O.R.S, and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience in managing documentation, accreditation, and certifications.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate labour effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with the willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
