Description

  • Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
  • Employee Relations including sickness, performance management, D&G.
  • Coach guide and upskill Line Managers on ER matters
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documents
  • Coordinating training and development programs
  • Supporting the performance review process
  • Responsible for organising and updating training matrix
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and industry regulations

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Is currently in a HR Assistant/HR Advisor role looking for wither the next step or to add to HR development
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
  • Have worked in a generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Have CIPD qualification or the desire to study and develop
  • Is ambitious and keen to further HR career in the longer term future

Job Offer
