Your new companyOur local government client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Strategic Finance Business Partner to join the HRA team delivering outstanding housing services to the community. Your new roleYou will conduct a comprehensive review of the HRA 30-year business plan, review and enhance the Medium-Term Financial Strategy, along with provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management. Develop and implement financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with organisational goals.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA or ACA qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Housing Finance within a council, including HRA 30 Business Plan at a senior level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
