The Role:We’re seeking an experienced German-speaking Project Manager with a strong background in managing creative projects. This role requires a candidate who can easily access our South London office. You will manage multiple packaging design projects for high-profile clients, working closely with the Account Director and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion while maintaining strong client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of packaging design projects.
• Serve as the key contact between clients and internal design/artwork teams.
• Ensure projects align with client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and ensure commercial profitability.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Effectively communicate project needs in both German and English.

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential: 2+ years of experience in account/project management within a creative environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Industry Experience: Experience in FMCG packaging or a creative/design environment (highly desirable).
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and foster strong client relationships.
• Accessibility: Candidates must have easy access to South London.
