Job Purpose

As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
Ensuring tax compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and completed on time
Providing expert advice on tax planning opportunities to maximise client value
Leading on complex advisory projects, including inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor
Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Identifying opportunities to expand client services and contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial experience in tax compliance and advisory services
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
Strong technical expertise in tax legislation and planning strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
Experience mentoring and leading a team to achieve outstanding results
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is advantageous
