Welder Fabricator

Pioneer Sheet Metal manufacturers of high-quality precision sheet metal products are currently looking to recruit experienced Welder Fabricators and Sheet metal workers to join our team at our Ramsgate facility. Pioneer first established in 1944 provides finished products into a number of interesting industries which include High Security, Defence, Telecoms, Retail, Furniture, Aerospace and Energy.

• Candidates would be required to have a proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Working with Mild Steel, Stainless and Aluminium in thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 10mm.
• Welder Fabricators must be experienced with Tig and Mig welding processes.
• Having the ability to finish to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and completion of assigned task and projects.
• Must have good fabrication knowledge and be able to read and understand engineering drawings, be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Welder Fabricators must have a keen eye for detail.
• Good numeracy and reading skills.
• A hard working and can do attitude.
• The ability to support the team in times of pressure.
• Maintain safe working practices.
• Welder Fabricator candidates must be able to perform welding tests.
