Position: Sales Administrator and Dispatch Clerk Location: Rayleigh Salary: £26000

Join my client as a Sales Administrator and in this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, managing orders, coordinating stock, and ensuring timely shipments. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the UK Sales Team and contribute to their journey towards Operational Excellence. Responsibilities:•    Process orders via email, phone, and B2B portal.•    Plan and allocate stock based on arrivals.•    Communicate with customers daily.•    Ensure timely warehouse collections.•    Coordinate with Stock Planner on stock arrivals.•    Problem-solve and provide solutions.•    Check stock on a live system.•    Contribute to “Operational Excellence.”•    Book UK shipments on the DPD Portal.•    Handle special requests (loan, review, exhibition orders).•    Collaborate with the UK Sales Team.•    Liaise with the UK Warehouse on shipments.

Requirements:•    Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus.•    Familiarity with courier booking portals is beneficial.•    Ability to multitask and prioritize.•    Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.•    Customer-focused with strong communication skills.•    Adaptable to various situations.
