Role Overview:

As the Payroll Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes for a diverse range of clients. This hands-on position emphasises building strong client relationships and ensuring accurate payroll operations, including:

  • Preparing payroll for a designated portfolio using SAGE and other advanced systems.
  • Managing net salary calculations, RTI submissions, and auto-enrolment deadlines with precision.
  • Directly liaising with clients to gather payroll information and resolve technical queries, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Updating payroll records for tax code changes and other adjustments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciling payments to HMRC to ensure compliance.

About You:

We are seeking a technically skilled payroll professional who excels in a client-focused, process-driven environment. You will have:

  • Significant payroll experience, preferably within a firm or practice.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with Moneysoft SAGE or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mentality.
