Salary:

£45,000 - £47,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and organized Hotel Manager to lead a dedicated team of 20 at a recently reopened hotel in the Berkshire area.

The ideal Hotel Manager will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire their team to consistently deliver exceptional service. A keen eye for detail is essential, along with the experience and expertise to drive revenue across room sales, events, and banqueting.

Job Duties:

Managing all aspects of the hotel operations
Overseeing the 20 hotel staff and ensuring high levels of customer service
Developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues that may arise
Managing budgets and financial plans
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Working closely with other heads of departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

3 years Proven experience as a Hotel Manager in a fully Serviced or fully operational hotel
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong financial acumen
Knowledge of hotel management software
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Must have Sales and Rooms Revenue

Education:

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in hotel management

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of hotel operations and industry trends
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Hotel Management
Additional language proficiency
