Salary:

£45,000 - £47,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and organized Hotel Manager to lead a dedicated team of 20 at a recently reopened hotel in the Berkshire area.

The ideal Hotel Manager will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire their team to consistently deliver exceptional service. A keen eye for detail is essential, along with the experience and expertise to drive revenue across room sales, events, and banqueting.

Job Duties:

  • Managing all aspects of the hotel operations
  • Overseeing the 20 hotel staff and ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing budgets and financial plans
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
  • Working closely with other heads of departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years Proven experience as a Hotel Manager in a fully Serviced or fully operational hotel
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Knowledge of hotel management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Must have Sales and Rooms Revenue

Education:

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in hotel management

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of hotel operations and industry trends
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Hotel Management
  • Additional language proficiency
