We're searching for a passionate Sales Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to connect with customers! If you have Mechanical Engineering knowledge and enjoy solving problems while supporting sales efforts, we want to hear from you! You will need to have a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to get to the office.
What You'll Do:
As our Sales Support Engineer, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and solutions tailored to their needs. Your contributions will directly impact our success, and you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Provide audit support
- Process customers orders using SAP
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering is desirable but not essential.
- An A-Level or Equivalent in Maths and Physics is essential.
- Proven experience in a sales support or technical role.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for making complex concepts simple.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems preferable SAP
