As you progress through the Graduate Scheme, you will develop skills and gain knowledge relating to the processes of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
Whilst gaining experience in this dynamic and challenging environment, there will be opportunities for industry recognised training and certification. As you develop an understanding of the business and the services they provide to clients.
This an exciting opportunity as you will offered the chance to complete a Graduate Scheme which is based on a framework of required knowledge and skills to succeed as a specialist consultant in the defence industry. In addition to this they mentor their Graduates using regular one-to-one reviews, ensuring you experience tailored training and support in diverse capabilities to build a fundamental knowledge base, whilst working as an integral part of the team.
To be suitable for this role you will be:
- Qualified to degree level in one of the STEM Fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) achieving a minimum of a 2:1
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Office packages
