Business Central Account Manager

Remote - Travel to Head Office 1-2 days per month based in the South East

£40,000 - £45,000

Our client based in the South East are looking for a Business Central Account Managerto join their team. The successful candidate will serve as will serve as a primary point of contact for customers to address their needs and concerns, collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service as well as manage positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction to ultimately drive business growth.

Business Central Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Respond to and address their enquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Arrange regular customer reviews and advise the most effective approach to achieve their goals, challenges and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services, expansion and other contract opportunities.
  • Ensure our customers have realistic expectations, and they are clear on what we can deliver, and when we can deliver it.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals with existing customers and ensure contracts are up to date and accurate.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years+ experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Time management skills necessary to handle a number of customers.
  • Ability to prioritise and resolve problems.
  • Solid IT skills including a proficiency with common software applications.
