A Customer Insights and CRM Manager role within a Beauty Business. You will be responsible for both qual and quant research to develop strategic initiatives and make recommendations and managing customer feedback platforms.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
