Im currently working with a well-established Digital Software business who specialise in providing Data Insights, Solutions and Marketing Support to the Retail sector and are looking for aBusiness Development Directorto join their growing team.
The role is a field-based position where you will manage the sales cycle for prospects across the UK & Europe and predominantly sell SaaS products to large scale retail clients. The company are looking for a real hunter who can passionately sell, have a proven sales track record within Retail and have good experience negotiating with stakeholders.

- Deliver cost-effective data, insights, solutions and systems which helps keep their clients ahead of their competitors.
- Very secure business given the market they are in and ties with huge retailers.
The Role Business Development Director
- Field Based. Mainly South-East England. Reading once/twice a week in the office.
- Implement sales strategies to tap into new markets across the Retail sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Main focus being on developing new accounts in UK and Europe.
Tech Requirements
- £75,000-£85,000
- Have a strong sales background working in the Retail sector.
- Proven success with SaaS products ideally selling to large clients.
- Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
