About the Job

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of monthly billing and credit control. This includes handling Direct Debit payments, cash receipts, customer invoicing, and debt collection while ensuring timely revenue analysis and process improvements.

Duties will include:

  • Posting daily cash receipts for multiple currencies.
  • Chasing overdue debt via email, phone, and written communication.
  • Handling invoice and contract queries professionally, escalating as needed.
  • Overseeing the order-to-cash process and ensuring accurate customer billing.
  • Conducting ULA and contract reviews with senior management.
  • Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Implementing solutions to reduce financial exposure in collaboration with client managers.
  • Contributing to Rapid Continuous Improvement initiatives for cost savings and efficiency.

About You

You will have a minimum of two years experience in credit control with a strong understanding of Direct Debit payments, Excel competency, and revenue analysis. Your keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to build trusting client relationships will set you apart. A methodical and organised approach, coupled with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, is essential.
