- Pay: 18,000 - 24,000 per annum (83.50 - 90 per day - pro-rata)
- Hours: Full-time, term time only (08:30am - 3:15pm)
- Year Group: Reception - Year 6 opportunities working with students on EHCPs (ASD and suspected ASD) - the school will take your preference on-board.

A fantastic opportunity to make a real impact as an ASD Classroom Assistant in Theale. This role involves working closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or suspected ASD, providing tailored support in the classroom to help them access their learning, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential. You'll support students on Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a primary school setting, ensuring they feel valued and included.
The ideal ASD Classroom Assistant candidate will have experience working with children with ASD or additional needs, a compassionate heart, and the ability to work closely with teachers and other professionals. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are key.
