Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with students who have behavioural challenges, providing one-to-one support and group interventions.

  • Monitor and record student progress, adapting strategies as needed to facilitate positive behaviour and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a special needs education setting.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies tailored to children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive and patient approach, with a commitment to positively impacting the lives of students.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
