Based in Berkshire 3-4 days p/week in office -This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial function for a rapidly growing production company, with a specialism in video technology for concerts, film, sporting and corporate events!

You will be a key member of the team who will want to grow with the agency as they enter into this hugely exciting period.
THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Technical Lead to join the team and be responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse technicians and high end technical equipment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with the CEO and MD to ensure the team are delivering• Overseeing a direct team of 6 technicians• Understanding client briefs from a technical point of view• Ensuring all equipment is kept organised• Working closely with key accounts and building on the relationship• Working collaboratively with the whole team and overseeing progress• Going out on site to oversee the set up
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with clients in the production space previously and understand the event process. You will need to be open to working collaboratively whilst leading by example and driving the team forward.
