Join our team in Ascot as a Company Secretary, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's compliance and records. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of statutory requirements, and thrives in a structured, professional environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Update and maintain client information on Companies House, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • File necessary documents and maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, to ensure all legal obligations are met.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the board of directors and senior management, facilitating efficient decision-making and governance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar detail-oriented role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Companies House requirements and procedures.
