Day-to-day of the role:- Update and maintain client information on Companies House, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- File necessary documents and maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, to ensure all legal obligations are met.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the board of directors and senior management, facilitating efficient decision-making and governance processes.
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar detail-oriented role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Companies House requirements and procedures.
