Senior Delivery Support/Personal Assistant to Senior Leaders (Temporary - 9 Months)

Our client, a key player in the utilities industry, is on the lookout for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team for a nine month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an critical role in assisting multiple senior leaders while contributing to strategic initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Senior Delivery Support, your day-to-day tasks will be both varied and rewarding. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders with finesse.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and documents related to delivery and strategy development. Your attention to detail will shine here.
- Effective Liaison: Be the bridge between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on key actions.
- Strategic Initiative Support: Help plan and execute strategic initiatives, tracking progress to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Correspondence Management: Prioritise and manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, responding on behalf of senior leaders when necessary.
- File Organisation: Maintain confidential files and records with accuracy and accessibility.
- Project Coordination: Support the delivery of key projects, collaborating closely with project teams for timely completion.
- Research & Analysis: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans through thorough research to support decision-making.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Tackle special projects and tasks assigned by senior leaders with enthusiasm.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills that allow you to multitask with ease.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that make you a standout collaborator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A team player who can also work independently, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
- Experience in project management or strategy development is a plus.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
