The Role:
As a Senior Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, providing a full range of accounting services including financial statements, management accounts, and tax advice. You will:
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Lead client meetings and offer financial and commercial insights to help keep the clients’ business safe and achieve growth .
- Mentor and develop junior team members many of whom are active studiers.
- Identify opportunities to help the firm grow by winning new business.
The Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role within an accountancy practice.
- Qualified ACA or ACCA or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102 and FRS 105) and tax.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios and delivering high client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
