Mandarin speaking Customer Claim Specialist - What You'll be Doing:
- Maintaining the data of customer insurance and updating receivable and receipt information on insurance portal;
- Managing and updating sales policy in an internal system on a regular basis;
- Checking claims from customers and collecting required information for manager’s review;
- Communicating with sales team and customers for any claim issue
- Issuing credit notes via an internal system
Mandarin speaking Customer Claim Specialist - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred
- Working experience with similar job preferred
- Fluent in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to details
- Proficient in Excel and skilled with most of functions
- Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting
