Great role working for a high profile company in Reading for an initial 6 month contract that has hybrid working or 2 days a week in the office.

We require an experienced Scrum Master who has worked within an ecommerce/web/app environment. A background of working within telecoms would be desirable.

What the role will be doing:

  • Coach and guide the Train and Squads(s) to focus on creating high value increments that meet the definition of done.
  • Removal of impediments and protect Train and Squad(s)
  • Ensure that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive and timeboxed
  • Supporting the Product Owner to maximise the Train and Squad(s) backlog
  • Ensure alignment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters
  • Facilitating scrum events as requested and needed
  • Coach the Train and Squad(s). Make sure team members are well trained and understand Agile process.
  • Foster communication and collaboration in the Train and Squad(s) and across the department.
  • Ensure the team are using the correct Tools (JIRA)
  • Reporting on team performance, including project time tracking.
