A Chambers listed law firm in Reading is seeking a 0-4 years PQE Senior Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial Property Team. The firm’s clients range from small private businesses and start-ups to multinational PLCs, with everything in between including charities and universities.

Work will include:

  • Office, industrial and retail lettings
  • Residential developments
  • Investment property
  • Secured lending acting for owners & occupiers, sellers & purchasers and financial institutions

The department works closely with other property teams in the firm, including construction, dispute resolution, tax, finance, social housing and residential property.

Described in the Legal 500 as 'leaders in their field' and 'service excellence as standard', this is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a step up. You must be able to manage your own caseload and be able provide legal advice in a confident and professional manner.
