The existing team of planning and environment solicitors deal with an array of matters including pre-application advice, planning applications, planning and infrastructure agreements, development consent, appeals, enforcement, Judicial Reviews, heritage and environmental matters.
Qualification and experience should include:
- A seat in Planning and environmental law during your training contract
- Knowledge of Planning appeals, judicial review, environmental law, heritage
- Experience in providing pre-application advice, planning applications, drafting planning and infrastructure agreements
