- Experience in Community Care/Public Law and Court of Protection Health & Welfare.
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Court of Protection Property & Affairs and Special Educational Needs law.
- Advocacy experience.
- Manage caseloads, assist with business development, and draft legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, experts, and the Court.
- Support the training of junior staff.
