A dedicated legal professional is sought to join our client’s Community Care and Court of Protection team. Reporting to the Senior Associate, you will manage a diverse caseload of privately paying clients, support junior fee earners, and contribute to the team’s development.Key Requirements:
  • Experience in Community Care/Public Law and Court of Protection Health & Welfare.
  • Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Court of Protection Property & Affairs and Special Educational Needs law.
  • Advocacy experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage caseloads, assist with business development, and draft legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and the Court.
  • Support the training of junior staff.
