Our client is a fabulous leading law firm and they are now seeking a Solicitor to provide a high-quality legal service to clients on all aspects of real estate dispute resolution. As the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Handle a wide range of contentious property matters for clients including property companies, corporate occupiers, and private clients.
- Such disputes would include those (a) arising out of residential and commercial leases; (b) arising out of the buying and selling of land and (b) arising out of the development of land.
- Responsibility for their own cases and be happy to develop good working relationships with clients.
- Be able to carefully analyse information and reach sound decisions.
- Seek to recognise the commercial drivers and react accordingly.
The successfulReal Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have the following related skills / experience:
- Law degree (or conversion) and LPC.
- Successful Admittance to the Roll of Solicitors.
- 5-6 years PQE (indicative only). We would also be happy to consider more senior solicitors
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate property litigation experience.
