Warehouse Supervisor – Reading
Are you an experienced and organised warehouse professional with ERP experience? We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a busy warehouse, overseeing inventory control, stock movements, and the dispatching of goods.

Your Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll:
- Manage goods inwards, inspecting quality and ensuring accurate records.
- Supervise and assist with picking, packing, and dispatching orders for production and sales.
- Oversee stock issuance and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate courier bookings and organise export packing and freight forwarding.
- Liaise with production teams on shortages, damages, or quality issues.
- Maintain forklift operations and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Lead cycle counts and stock checks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in engineering.
- Supervisory experience and strong organisational skills.
- A current Reach Truck forklift license (Counterbalance is a bonus).
- Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proven track record in stock management and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
