Works Planner

  • Salary: £13.47 PAYE or £15.28 Ltd Umbrella per hour

We are seeking a customer-focused Works Planner to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, with a preference for those who have worked in a call centre environment. This role is crucial in supporting our operational team to deliver efficient and effective services, ensuring excellent customer care and front-line service delivery.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administration and customer service as part of the Maintenance Office team.
  • Handle repair enquiries and process work requests from tenants and internal customers in a challenging environment.
  • Update and maintain database records accurately.
  • Produce documents and standard letters as required.
  • Process work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service.
  • Offer technical administration support across all areas of the team.
  • Work full-time office hours (Mon to Fri), with shifts from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm and 09:00 am to 17:00 pm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service, with call centre experience preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using databases and office software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
