Are you a proactive and experienced FOH receptionist / administrator looking for a flexible part-time on-going temporary assignment in a friendly, family-run business?

My client, a GRP Company, specialists in manufacturing GRP and fibreglass moulded components, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our small but dynamic team.

Location: Beautiful lakeside location in Burghfield

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour (£15.34 through umbrella)

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Job Type: Part time Temporary On going.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete delivery notes for orders.
  • Process expense claims and supplier invoices.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

  • Sort mail and stock office supplies.
  • Greet visitors and manage minimal call handling.
  • Oversee the office cleaner and direct accordingly.
