Office Manager Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Are you a graduate or someone with up to 2 years of office experience? Do you have a huge personality and love keeping things organized? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Office Manager to take charge of our office environment and make it the heart of the team!

The Role:In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together, managing the day-to-day office operations, creating a lively atmosphere, and organizing everything from office supplies to team events. You’ll be the go-to person for all office needs, from welcoming visitors to arranging social events. Your energy and attention to detail will make our office an amazing place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, making sure it’s organized, stocked, and buzzing with energy.
  • Manage office supplies, from stationery to tea, coffee, and weekly food orders.
  • Plan and execute social and team-building events that bring the team together.
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and ensure meetings are set up with everything needed (refreshments, materials, etc.).
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed, including acting as Fire Marshall and First Aider.
  • Coordinate maintenance, recycling, and confidential shredding services.
  • Handle parking permits and manage the company Ringgo account.
  • Support the Contracts Admin team with various tasks and vendor management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate or up to 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • A huge personality - you should be the life of the office, full of energy and enthusiasm!
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build great relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations is a plus.
