We are urgently looking for an ambitious, Mechanical biased, Technical Services Manager to deliver M&E packages within a range of Construction and Refurbishment Projects.
Working for a Principle Contractor you will be working in several sectors including Commercial Office , NHS Hospitals. Formula One Motor Sport and Light Industrial.
Projects sites are predominately in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire , Surrey, Hampshire, and Greater London with package values up to 2 million.
Basedout of the company offices near Reading and out on project sites, as a Technical Services Manager you will be taking budgetary accountability for a range of M&E packages, taking each package from Design Buildability phase.
The successful candidate will have a Mechanical or Building Services qualification and will be able to demonstrate experience of managing Building Services Projects to time and budget.
Excellent communication skills are also required as this role will require regular interaction with clients and their representatives.
The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between 75k-90k plus car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus.
