Are you a MEP Quantity Surveyor ready to take on your Freelance Contract? I am working with a fast growing Tier M&E Contractor looking for an experienced QS for an immediate start. The role will be split between working from home and their Reading office/ sites in London zones 1 & 2.

What You'll Do:

Support financial aspects of the projects, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
Manage subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts

The Person

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have 5 years experience in M&E environments (preferably mechanical)
Familiarity with contract management (NEC or JCT preferred experience)
Ability to 'hit the ground running'
Comfortable splitting time between working from home, the reading based office and sites
