Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Order Administrator for our client based in Reading.

Role: Order Administrator

Location: Reading - Hybrid upon completion of probation

Salary: 26,000 per annum

About the role:

Our client is seeking a motivated Order Administrator to join their team in Reading. As an Order Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process sales orders into the ERP system.
  • Manage required documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate processes and operations.
  • Work closely with management to identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions for improved productivity.
  • Address queries from the help desk related to new and replacement equipment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in an administrative or call centre role.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of order processing would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and solutions.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Exportation experience to international customers would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in Italian, French or German would be highly desirable but not essential.
