We are looking for dedicated and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide general cover across multiple secondary schools we work with in Berkshire. These roles are for long-term placements, typically lasting a minimum of one term, with opportunities to extend further based on school needs.

About the Role:
  • Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
  • Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences.
  • Building strong relationships with schools and students.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching.
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
