We’re searching for a proactive, enthusiastic individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Success Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders, quotations, processing invoices, and responding to queries with professionalism and care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements, quotations and status inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving issues relating to inventory, discrepancies, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Manage assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring the customer needs are met.
  • Provide a responsive and professional communication service to both internal and external customers.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Has excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous attitude; ability to deal with customer queries.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) as well as NetSuite or similar CRM.
