We’re searching for a proactive, enthusiastic individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Success Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders, quotations, processing invoices, and responding to queries with professionalism and care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements, quotations and status inquiries.
- Assist in resolving issues relating to inventory, discrepancies, shipping, and invoicing.
- Manage assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring the customer needs are met.
- Provide a responsive and professional communication service to both internal and external customers.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Has excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous attitude; ability to deal with customer queries.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) as well as NetSuite or similar CRM.
