Shipping Coordinator

Location: Wilton, UKWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMSalary: £23,800

Responsibilities:

• Pack and ship all domestic and international shipments.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks to track various aspects of goods.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly, following prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform cycle counts of finished goods.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with receiving activities and miscellaneous inventory control tasks.

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including mathematics and English, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently with high attention to detail.
• Capable of working well under deadlines and time constraints while maintaining a high level of work quality.
• Proficiency in ERP software such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar software is preferred.
