- Supporting customer service team with administrative tasks such as printing, copying and preparing documentation for orders.
- Supporting with trouble shooting on returns/faulty products to establish root cause of issues.
- Feeding back product issues identified to customers/clients providing excellent customer service and providing solution/advising on aftercare.
- Ensuring workplace is safe and always following health and safety policies in place to keep the workplace safe.
- Supporting stock management, stock counting/inventory.
- No experience is required for this role, though experience in an admin, retail or hospitality position would be beneficial for customer service skills.
- Relevant GCSE’s/college course taken such as systems and controls, IT or electrical engineering.
- Technically minded – full training on product is provided.
