- Manage email and telephone enquiries from UK customers including tunnel, streetlighting and FW Thorpe group customers.
- Create customer quotations.
- Utilise and update CRM where appropriate.
- Liaise with field sales team to provide internal info where needed.
- Liaise with technical/operational teams to resolve customer issues and field sales requirements.
- Attend exhibitions and demo van showcases as required.
- Create positive working relationships with other departments.
- Provide cover as and when needed for sales administration function and reception.
- Maintain a good understanding of the TRT product range.
- Be available and engaged with training opportunities.
- External lighting products and specifications.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Using CRM system/s and creating quotations.
- Dealing with people on the phone.
