What will you be doing?

The Machining Deburr is a key role within the machining business, directly influencing the quality of components from machine operators. This hands-on role uses various hand tools like grinders, sanding discs, sanding wheels, and stones.

  • Remove Defects: Ensure top-notch quality by removing defects on forgings.
  • Master Tools: Skillfully use pedestal grinders and various air tools.
  • Perfect Finishes: Achieve high-standard surface finishes using grinding tools and abrasives.
  • Inspection Savvy: Understand and apply visual inspection standards and specifications.
  • Versatile Tasks: Perform other ad hoc duties as required within the manufacturing cell.
  • Hit Metrics: Consistently achieve key metrics set by the company.
  • Quick Fixes: Efficiently handle rework issues to meet company targets.
  • Safety First: Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety Personal Protective Equipment standards.
