Key Responsibilities:
- Operate both manual and CNC machines to produce and maintain heavy dies.
- Work with high-precision metal components to meet stringent quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on all tooling equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of work processes and results.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine tooling designs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and machine operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Toolmaker with both manual and CNC machines.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and maintaining heavy dies.
- Strong understanding of high-precision machining processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
