PageGroup are delighted to support a well established manufacturing business based in Redditch with this progressive HR Advisor role.

Hybrid working available however, due to the nature of the sector, the role will be mainly office based (4 days per week)

Description

This role of HR advisor will be a busy, generalist role, you will support a wide range of stakeholders with all people matters including but not limited to:

  • Support with the implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Advising and coach management on HR related issues
  • Coordinating recruitment and induction processes.
  • Overseeing employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Managing performance and talent development
  • Maintaining HR records and producing reports.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar role
