We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This part-time, temporary position is ideal for someone who desires flexible working hours and has experience in Credit Control and purchase ledger.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and maintain efficient account records.
- Utilise Sage 200 software to handle financial transactions (experience with Sage 200 is advantageous).
- Perform credit control and manage the purchase ledger effectively.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in financial audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
- Previous experience in Credit Control and purchase Ledger.
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 200 software is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
