My client is urgently looking for an immediately available experienced Contact Centre Administrator to work in its busy department.

The main responsibilities would include:

Working on the Company’s inbox for emails
Locating the relevant customers on the system
Checking details and verifying
Dealing with queries
Escalating queries as appropriate
Knowledge of MS packages

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
